Outreach project at Durham physics department has some good speakers and topics to offer if anyone's looking for ideas.

Equally, from my point of view as an organiser of such events, I'd be very happy to hear from anyone who has something interesting to offer.
"Physics to go" from Graphic Science and available via the IoP webiste. Video demonstrations, notes and recipes for simple, yet effective, hands-on physics tricks.
